I booked this hotel for the period from September 18 to September 20 and paid €91 for the reservation. However, on the evening of our scheduled stay, the police closed the hotel because it was operating illegally. As a result, my family and I were forced to leave the hotel and find alternative accommodation at very short notice. We had no choice but to book another hotel, where we had to pay almost twice the original price. In addition to the unexpected financial cost, this situation caused us significant stress and anxiety, especially because I was responsible for finding safe accommodation for my family late in the evening. I would therefore like to request a full refund of the €91 I paid for the original reservation, as well as compensation for the additional costs we incurred due to this situation.
