The apartment is very spacious and clean, with a great location close to both the city center and the harbor. The pillows and mattresses are comfortable, and there is plenty of storage space for luggage. In the bathroom, I found soap, shower gel, and a hairdryer. In the kitchen, there were a few coffee capsules, which my husband greatly appreciated. Communication with the host was very efficient and easy throughout our stay.
A small tip: bring mosquito repellent (or a mosquito device) and a few tablets, as well as earplugs, as noise from outside and the hallway may occasionally be a bit disturbing. The internet was not working during our stay, but I believe it was only a temporary issue.
