Hotel Casaloreto San Miguel de Allende

Beautiful place, nice room, comfortable king size bed. The receptionist young lady was nice and attentive.

I didn’t like that they want to charge you if you dirty their towels meaning with make up or other, they also have so many ridiculous rules which they make you read and sign. The last night we were there, there was so much noise a party with loud music, laughter til 4am coming from a room close to us, probably even a fight broke out and cops were called, we could hear everything. We couldn’t sleep at all! When I complained to the heavy guy in charge gaslighted us by telling us it was coming from the town’s festival, he himself looked in a bad shape either hungover or still drunk so we assumed he was also involved in the party as well. Their continental breakfast was not good. The coffee and fruit tasted old.

La ubicación es buena

Faltaba una mejor limpieza, del baño y la piscina no se veía súper limpia.. la regadera estaba llena de sarro y la tapa del wc estaba rota y pegada con cinta. El desayunó continental de mala calidad, la papaya congelada no servía y el pan no era del día.

Precios extras de cosas malas políticas de tratar al cliente instalaciones incómodas y el baño cortinas transparentes por Dios falta de respeto a la intimidad
