Mother and daughter trip. The place was nice. No issues.

The hot tubs pools and ocean view was excellent

Safe quiet ocean front

Front desk staff was rude and acted like we were a nuisance for arriving at 2p. It was not busy, we were the only ones in the lobby. They said our room should be ready soon so we hung around. 1 hour later, “soon.” 2 hours later our room was ready right at 4p. It’s fine if it won’t be ready early, but communicate better and act like you care. The next day the front desk staff wouldn’t give us pool towels and were rude about that. We don’t know your “system,” we’ve never been here before. Just don’t be rude. There was no bedding for the sofa bed and we needed it. We communicated that to the host when they checked on us. They said “Ok we’ll let them know” and then no bedding was delivered. Next day no bedding. Don’t ask if everything is OK if you’re not going to correct things. The room was overall nice and the place was nice. But the rudeness and lack of care was not deserving of 9 ratings on VRBO.
