The Space
Welcome to Hubbell Guest Suite, a private one-bedroom, one-bathroom Phoenix retreat for up to three registered guests. Thoughtful boho interiors and a fenced side yard create a cozy setting for couples, small families, and working getaways.

Private Courtyard & Side Yard
Step outside for morning coffee among tropical plants and a grapefruit tree. Your fully fenced side yard includes a hammock, comfortable seating, and a BBQ grill—an inviting place to slow down after exploring the city.

Living Area & Workspace
The living room offers a pull-out sofa, a 55-inch Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace. Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection support work and streaming when you need to stay connected.

Bedroom & Bathroom
The bedroom features a king bed with fresh white linens, room-darkening shades, a mirror, and a spacious closet with an iron, ironing board, and extra blankets. The separate bathroom includes a walk-in shower, fresh towels, essential toiletries, a hairdryer, and a hair straightener. The pull-out sofa provides the additional sleeping option within the three-guest limit.

Kitchenette & Coffee Bar
Enjoy light meals and easy mornings with an under-counter mini fridge, a microwave/air fryer/convection combination appliance, Keurig with starter coffee pods, toaster, and dishware. This is a kitchenette, not a full kitchen, and it has no kitchen sink.

Laundry & Everyday Comforts
There is no on-site laundry for suite guests; a laundromat is nearby. Air conditioning, heating, and fans help keep your stay comfortable.

Parking
Free on-site driveway parking is available. Please keep access clear for the separately rented main house.

Guest Access
Your reservation includes the private guest suite, its living and dining area, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and fenced side yard. The main house is rented separately and is not included. There are no shared interior spaces, and the double-locked connecting door remains closed. Your entry code and self check-in details will be shared through your reservation message thread.

Property Layout
This property contains two separately rented units with no shared interior spaces. A secure, double-locked connecting door remains closed throughout your stay. Your reservation is for the guest suite and its private fenced side yard; the main house is not included.

Important Check-in/Check-out Note
We take great care to clean and prepare Hubbell Guest Suite between reservations. To give every guest the same care and attention, we’re unable to arrange early check-in or late check-out in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll gladly let you know on your arrival day. Thank you for giving our team the time to make everything welcoming for your stay.

Pets
A getaway is even better with your furry companion along. We’re happy to welcome one pet per stay. Please include your pet in the reservation so the applicable pet fee can be added. If a pet arrives without being included, we’ll request the required fee.

Guests
Help us prepare for everyone joining you by including all overnight guests in your reservation. This keeps your guest count and pricing accurate. If your plans change and additional guests will be joining, simply let us know so we can update the reservation and arrange any applicable extra guest fees. All guests must be registered, and the home accommodates up to 3 guests in total.

For Families
To make traveling with little ones a little easier, we provide a Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets and a high chair. Please bring any additional childcare essentials your family needs.

Security Policy
For the safety of our guests and property, security cameras monitor the exterior of the home only. To help maintain a peaceful setting for everyone, parties, unauthorized events, and unregistered guests are not permitted. If these rules are violated or a safety concern arises, on-site security may be dispatched, and the reservation will be terminated, requiring all guests to vacate the property without refund.

Cleaning, Maintenance & Property Access
To keep your stay comfortable and our home beautifully maintained, our team and approved service providers may access the property for landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, necessary repairs, or emergencies. Exterior services may take place during your stay. For interior visits, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance; guest-requested services or necessary access may take place while you’re away. We’ll always respect your privacy and work to keep interruptions to a minimum.

Discrepancies
Your comfort matters to us. If anything about the home’s cleanliness or amenities needs attention when you arrive, please let us know right away so our team has the opportunity to help promptly. Refunds are not provided for concerns first reported after your stay has ended or for circumstances outside our control, such as acts of God. Complimentary amenities may occasionally require repairs or temporary closure; these interruptions do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Refunds will only be considered for additional paid services that were unavailable. Amenities that are not essential to the livability of the home are considered complimentary.

Heating and Cooling
Please make yourself comfortable by adjusting the thermostat during your stay. Our heating and cooling systems have preset operating limits to help protect the equipment and keep it running reliably.
