The Space
Welcome to Hubbell Main House, a three-bedroom, one-bathroom Phoenix retreat for up to six registered guests. Mid-century style and everyday comforts offer a welcoming home base for family visits, city outings, and longer stays.

Living Areas & Workspace
Settle onto the West Elm leather sectional for a movie on the 55-inch Smart TV. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace offer a comfortable spot to catch up before returning to your time away.

Kitchen & Dining
Let a slow breakfast become part of your morning ritual. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator with reverse-osmosis water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, rice maker, and cookware. A Keurig coffee bar and cocktail station add thoughtful touches for mornings and evenings at home.

Bedrooms & Bathroom
Bedroom 1: Queen bed and TV.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, desk, and office chair.
All three bedrooms include fresh linens, down-feather pillows, room-darkening shades, and closet storage. Nightstands with charging outlets keep everyday essentials close. The shared bathroom has a tub/shower combination, fresh towels, and essential toiletries.

Outdoor Space
Enjoy a quiet moment in your private, fenced backyard, with fruit trees and comfortable seating. To reach the backyard, exit through the main house’s front door and follow the side-yard path. The guest suite’s private outdoor space is not included in your reservation.

Laundry & Everyday Comforts
A washer and dryer are available for your use, along with air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.

Parking
Driveway parking and free street parking in front of the property are available. Please observe posted restrictions and keep access clear for the other unit.

Explore Phoenix
Use Hubbell as your base for Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe, with convenient access to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Travel times vary with your route and traffic.

Guest Access
Your reservation includes the private main house with its kitchen, living and dining areas, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and private fenced backyard. Enter the main house through its front door. To reach the backyard from the house, exit through the front door and follow the side-yard path. The guest suite is rented separately, with no shared interior spaces. The double-locked connecting door remains closed. Your entry code and self check-in details will be shared through your reservation message thread.

Property Layout
This property contains two separately rented units with no shared interior spaces. A secure, double-locked connecting door remains closed throughout your stay. Your reservation is for the main house; the guest suite and its private side yard are not included.

Important Check-in/Check-out Note
We take great care to clean and prepare Hubbell Main House between reservations. To give every guest the same care and attention, we’re unable to arrange early check-in or late check-out in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll gladly let you know on your arrival day. Thank you for giving our team the time to make everything welcoming for your stay.

Pets
A getaway is even better with your furry companion along. We’re happy to welcome one pet per stay. Please include your pet in the reservation so the applicable pet fee can be added. If a pet arrives without being included, we’ll request the required fee.

Guests
Help us prepare for everyone joining you by including all overnight guests in your reservation. This keeps your guest count and pricing accurate. If your plans change and additional guests will be joining, simply let us know so we can update the reservation and arrange any applicable extra guest fees. All guests must be registered, and the home accommodates up to 6 guests in total.

For Families
To make traveling with little ones a little easier, we provide a Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets and a high chair. Please bring any additional childcare essentials your family needs.

Security Policy
For the safety of our guests and property, security cameras monitor the exterior of the home only. To help maintain a peaceful setting for everyone, parties, unauthorized events, and unregistered guests are not permitted. If these rules are violated or a safety concern arises, on-site security may be dispatched, and the reservation will be terminated, requiring all guests to vacate the property without refund.

Cleaning, Maintenance & Property Access
To keep your stay comfortable and our home beautifully maintained, our team and approved service providers may access the property for landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, necessary repairs, or emergencies. Exterior services may take place during your stay. For interior visits, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance; guest-requested services or necessary access may take place while you’re away. We’ll always respect your privacy and work to keep interruptions to a minimum.

Discrepancies
Your comfort matters to us. If anything about the home’s cleanliness or amenities needs attention when you arrive, please let us know right away so our team has the opportunity to help promptly. Refunds are not provided for concerns first reported after your stay has ended or for circumstances outside our control, such as acts of God. Complimentary amenities may occasionally require repairs or temporary closure; these interruptions do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Refunds will only be considered for additional paid services that were unavailable. Amenities that are not essential to the livability of the home are considered complimentary.

Heating and Cooling
Please make yourself comfortable by adjusting the thermostat during your stay. Our heating and cooling systems have preset operating limits to help protect the equipment and keep it running reliably.
