This property was great. Exactly what we were looking for. The condo was very clean and comfortable

It needs to be updated. Sliding glass doors to the balcony need to be replaced.

Room was standard. Bathrooms on the smaller side. Tile floors throughout is a plus but seemed dirty. Living room furniture was nice and comfy. Adequate deck chairs. Could be the price for the location…..? Probably end up back in Panama City Beach again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When my son and I walked in the condo there was a smell. As we made ourselves at home I noticed there was dust and men’s hair on the nightstand, under the tv. The bed sheets were dirty so I had to wash them. The balcony chairs were out dated. The TVs were hard to figure out. Why have 4 remotes. The elevator was broken two days so we had to go down 7 flights of stairs. On the plus side the room had a great view. The ac worked great.
