Our local maintenance and housekeeping teams help keep your stay running smoothly, with responsive support Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM.

Casa Royale is a private vacation home. Daily housekeeping and concierge service are not included.

GUEST COUNT AND BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

• Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old
• Government-issued identification verification is required
• Base rate includes up to eight guests
• Additional guest charges are calculated using the guest count entered when booking
• Enter the full, accurate overnight guest count before confirming
• Maximum occupancy: 28 registered overnight guests
• Only registered overnight guests are permitted; outside visitors are not allowed
• Parties, events and disruptive gatherings are prohibited
• Pets require advance approval and payment of the applicable fee
• Pool and spa liability waiver must be completed before arrival

NEIGHBORHOOD CONSIDERATION

Casa Royale is in a residential neighborhood. Please keep noise respectful throughout the day and evening. Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and exterior noise-monitoring systems are in use.

Golf groups, bachelor groups, teams and families are welcome when their plans comply with the occupancy and house rules.

DAMAGE PROTECTION

Each reservation includes a $129 administrative fee and participation in a damage-waiver program offering up to $5,000 in accidental-damage coverage, subject to program terms.

Guests may opt out by providing a refundable $5,000 security deposit before arrival.

OPTIONAL SERVICES AND FEES

• Electric pool heat: $100 per night or $500 per week, plus tax
• Propane pool heat when required: $300 per night, plus tax
• Spa technician service and cleaning: $150 per week, plus tax
• Deep-cleaning upgrade: $200, plus tax
• Approved pets: $150 per pet

Pool heating and spa services must be arranged and paid for in advance. Please confirm the applicable heating option and total cost before requesting service.

CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT

• Secure self-check-in with keyless entry
• Check-in: After 4 PM
• Checkout: By 10 AM
• Optional 8 AM early check-in: $300, plus tax
• Optional 8 PM late checkout: $300, plus tax

Early check-in and late checkout require advance confirmation and are subject to availability.

SAFETY AND HOUSE RULES

• No indoor smoking; a $1,500 violation charge applies
• No parties, events or unauthorized visitors
• Respectful noise levels are required at all times
• Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10 PM
• Pool and spa waiver required before arrival

There is no lifeguard or pool safety fence. Children and anyone requiring assistance must be actively supervised at all times around the pool, spa and recreational amenities.
