In the bedroom, you’ll find a brand-new bed with a Memory Dream mattress; try it and you’ll see that you’ll have sweet dreams 😴. The sofa bed in the living room is also a 2025 model—it features a 20-centimeter-thick Memory Dream mattress (we spared no expense on the sofa bed; you’ll feel the comfort for yourself!) It’s our big new addition for 2025—we spared no expense to purchase one of the best sofa beds available. You’ll also find a wide selection of pillows to sleep on and top-quality linens. (Before guests arrive, all sheets are washed in antibacterial washing machines, sanitized, and dried in the dryer to make them soft and delicate. You’ll notice the pleasant scent they give off.)
The house is equipped with a professional mosquito repellent and a fly trap. In the living room, you’ll find a 42-inch TV with 4K Netflix, an Amazon Prime subscription, and a fantastic PlayStation 5 with plenty of the latest games. In the kitchen, you’ll find designer dishes and cutlery, plus everything you need for cooking: salt, sugar, coffee and a coffee maker, olive oil, honey, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, and many other nice free extras. In the morning, you’ll find coffee capsules, hot tea, and plenty of free extras. A major advantage of the apartment is that it overlooks the building’s inner courtyard, so you won’t hear any outside noise—no car noise, street noise, or noise from passersby. You’ll be able to experience for yourself just how quiet the apartment is in a city as bustling as Florence—this will make a huge difference in helping you relax and enjoy your stay in complete tranquility. The area is well-served: you’ll find a Carrefour supermarket 300 meters away, a pharmacy 100 meters away, and cafes and restaurants scattered all along the street.
All the home’s amenities will be at your complete disposal and free of charge: super-fast Wi-Fi, a TV with all the major subscription channels, a bioethanol fireplace with a real flame, a Wi-Fi-controlled air conditioner with heating and cooling, an air purifier, and a washing machine—all completely free and at your disposal. The bathroom (as seen in the photos) is very spacious and features a large, super-relaxing shower. Of course, you’ll find everything you need in the bathroom for maximum relaxation (body wash, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, towels, bath mats, a hair dryer, a first-aid kit, and many other free extras, etc.). There’s also an emergency kit. In the house, you’ll also find a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, and a smoke detector. We, as hosts, take guest safety very seriously—we come from a family of firefighters, strictly comply with all laws, and are at the forefront of ensuring our guests’ safety! Despite the house’s very central location, you won’t hear any noise from cars or the street because the large, bright windows overlook the inner courtyard, where peace and quiet reign. plus, the windows are equipped with screens to keep out mosquitoes and flies, which swarm all over Florence—especially on the hottest days.

Although we have two other apartments to offer, we assure you that this one is the best of all, because it’s located in a prime area. The home is situated across from the city’s ancient medieval gate and 500 meters from the central train station and the historic center. The apartment is located in an area outside the ZTL (restricted traffic zone), so you can drive around without the risk of getting a ticket. Just 200 meters away, there’s a completely free parking lot, but most of the time you can also park right in front of the house or in the 24-hour secure underground parking garage. A 100-meter walk will take you to the tram stop, which is just one stop away from the historic center. Leave your car parked and avoid the traffic: from the house, you can easily get around on foot or try the new tram line, which opened in 2011 and will take you anywhere in the city. Everything will be easier and more relaxing. Among the places to explore in the area, we recommend the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, one of Italy’s most beautiful and innovative theaters, just 200 meters away, while 110 meters away you’ll find the “Leopolda,” Florence’s first train station, now used as a convention center; if, on the other hand, you’re in the mood for a jog, don’t miss Florence’s “Cascine,” just 300 meters from the house: it’s the city’s green lung, where many Florentines gather every day to play soccer or go for a jog.
