This magnificent property boasts two connected mansions and 11 stunning guest suites, which can accommodate up to 36 guests comfortably (based on double occupancy). The parlor and formal dining room on the first floor provide ample space for socializing, while our three private courtyards are perfect for hosting your ceremony, reception, or event.

We are walking distance from two bars, three coffee shops, and numerous restaurants.

PARKING
The Hotel The Mansion on Royal is located in a residential area where there is free street parking in front of the building and it is first come first serve. We have never had an issue with parking.
EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, depending on the availability, and can’t be guaranteed. We do have luggage storage free of charge for our guests to use. We will know of early check in availability one day before.
HOTEL RULES
The Hotel is located in the historic Marigny neighborhood.
The neighborhood has a noise ordinance in effect from 10PM to 7AM.
No smoking indoors of any kind is allowed.
No glass is allowed on balconies or stairs.
Late check out is not available for the entire Mansion rental, due to the amount of time it takes to have the property cleaned and ready for your arrival and then cleaned after your departure for the next guests. We do have luggage storage available if needed.
