The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, elegant dining space, and a large Smart TV. The private swimming pool overlooks the most beautiful part of the Bay of Kotor, including the entrance to the bay and the famous islands of Perast, providing unforgettable sunsets and breathtaking scenery from morning until night.

The villa offers four luxurious master bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort, privacy, and spectacular sea views.
Every bedroom includes:
* A private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower

* A comfortable king-size bed with premium hotel-quality bedding
* A private seating area with two chairs and a coffee table overlooking the bay

The bedrooms on the first floor feature elegant French balconies with full-height glass doors, while the top-floor bedrooms enjoy their own private balconies, offering even more spectacular panoramic views of the bay.

In addition to the four en-suite bathrooms, the villa also includes one additional full bathroom and a separate guest WC, making it ideal for larger families or groups.
Important thing to note is that the bedrooms on the second floor have each two single beds which can be set up as a one double bed if needed
