Maximum Occupancy: Our properties have a strict occupancy limit. Any unregistered guests may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the eviction of the entire group.

Local Environment: Tenerife’s tropical climate means that insects (such as cockroaches) may occasionally appear, even in clean and well-maintained homes. This is a normal part of island life and is not considered a maintenance issue. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this as part of the local environment.

Self-Catering Property: This is a vacation rental, not a hotel. Our team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and for genuine emergencies outside these hours.

Check-In: 4:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. Please confirm your arrival time in advance.

Late check-in fees apply:
• 10:00 PM–12:00 AM → €20
• 12:00 AM–2:00 AM → €40
