HOUSE RULES
- Maximum 7 guests. The reservation count must match who actually stays; no extra or overnight guests.
- After booking, all guests must agree to the house rules and provide a government-issued ID. Both are required for access.
- Quiet residential building: no loud noise or music after 9:30 PM, indoors or on the rooftop.
- No parties or events. Violation means immediate cancellation without refund and a minimum $1,000 fine.
- No smoking, vaping, or hookah anywhere, including the rooftop. A $1,000 fee applies if evidence is found.
- No pets. No firearms.
- No commercial activity, filming, or photography without written consent.
- The rooftop is for relaxing only; children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Breaking these rules may result in cancellation without refund.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY DISCLOSURES
- An exterior camera and a Ring doorbell monitor the front entrance, and an exterior camera covers the rooftop. They record on motion. There are no cameras inside the home.
- A noise-monitoring device measures decibel levels only; it does not record audio or video.
- All devices operate 24/7.
