🔥 What Makes This Home Different

While other Kennedale rentals leave you with a shared or seasonal hot tub (if you're lucky), this home gives you a private, year-round hot tub — no fee, no fine print, just relax whenever the mood strikes. Watch the outdoor TV right from the hot tub, or head to the dedicated game room, complete with a poker table and a miniature pool table, for rainy days or friendly competition. This is the kind of home guests come back for.

🍳 Kitchen & Comfort

The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked for real mornings — a mini espresso machine AND a Mr. Coffee mean everyone's caffeine preference is covered. A dishwasher makes cleanup effortless, and an in-home washer & dryer means you can pack light and stay longer.

🌳 Outdoor Space

Step outside to a fully fenced backyard, perfect for kids, pets-free peace of mind for other guests, and evening grill-outs on the included grill (propane provided). Unwind on the outdoor patio with seating for the group, gather around the fire pit once the sun goes down, and let the kids burn off energy at the on-site playground.

🧴 Thoughtful Touches

Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are all provided — one less thing to pack.
