The location in the historic area was good, also having easy access for supermarkets and the railway station. It was comfortable and had the facilities we needed (except those noted below). Our contacts were efficient and friendly.

The listed facilities included toilet paper. There was a little but not even enough for one evening. This is very inconvenient for travellers. Our first priority was to shop for tissues to cover our short stay, a multi pack of toilet rolls being unsuitable in our luggage space. Neither the bathroom nor the kitchen provided hand wash, despite loads of empty dispensers! The door lock to the communal area was poorly maintained and very awkward to unlock. The light in the hallway didn't work which made it even harder. It could be a problem if needing to escape a fire in a hurry. The facilities listed WiFi but we were not given any details and could find no information in the apartment.
