Cozy South Perth Private Rooms Close to CBD and river

Clean and quiet. Really nice location, parks and a nice easy walk to cafes, Pizza and supermarkets, and a pub too. Also 5m walk to bus to and from the city. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and nice as well, which is unusual for this price. The kitchen was adequate, and clean as well.

A second toilet and a laundry would be welcome, but not essential. It did not worry me too much, as the other guests were well behaved. I will stay again!

We really liked how clean and spacious it was and the location was great for what we needed. The owner was very friendly and responsive if we needed anything.

We really struggled with the lack of kitchen resources, there were only a couple of pans between everyone, not enough cutlery or bowls, very limited chopping knives, and could’ve done with extra utensils eg. tin opener, scissors, cheese grater. The room we were in was nice but joined to the next room by a sliding glass door and only covered by a shelving unit. That meant all of the light and sound came through to our room and there were a few nights that we were heavily disrupted as a result. I can’t speak for the other rooms, but it would’ve been more comfortable with an actual wall.
