view to the city, size of rooms, furniture, utensils, ... well everything except ...

Bistrik is one of the steepest parts of Sarajevo with a complicated street network, so it is simply not possible to drive intuitively. You have to study the access to the apartment very precisely in advance and don't even think about the shortcuts. And due to the steepness, it is really 10 min walking distance to the center, but at least twice as much to return. :)

Beautiful Bosnian home with authentic Bozniac feeling... superb facilities and feeling right at home. Superb view of Saray Bosna... walking distance (for the strong legs 😁) to Bascarija but a bit steep hilly (there are stone steps leading to Old Town).. free parking is available near the house. Highly recommended!!

Nothing not to like!!

The best part was definitely the host. He was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the very beginning. I got a little lost when I arrived, and he actually came to pick me up by car, showed me around and sent me a list of places to visit, which I ended up using a lot during my stay. I genuinely felt like I had good friends nearby who I could contact if I needed anything. The apartment itself was also great. Beautiful view, everything felt new and very well looked after, and it had a really nice atmosphere. The kitchen had everything I needed, there was a supermarket nearby, and it was easy enough to walk into the centre. I felt very comfortable there and really enjoyed the whole stay.

Nothing really, everything was great.

Aziz and Amina are kind and attentive hosts who made me feel very welcome. Everything was perfect, and I would love to come back. Highly recommended!
