The location is superb
Will be good to have Aircon in extreme heat conditions.

Beautiful newly renovated self-catering studio, perfectly situated just steps away from the vibrant Sea Point promenade walkway. I enjoyed the convenience of nearby attractions while feeling secure in this charming space. Ideal for a relaxing getaway, this studio offers a blend of comfort and style, making it the perfect home base for your adventures and business executives tired of staying in hotel rooms. I will book it again.
They were busy with renovations at the front entrance, which are likely completed by now. Parking can be a challenge at certain times of day, but that should not stop you from enjoying the rest that the studio offers.
