Great value and location set in a quiet neighborhood. Laundry on site was free and staff is always reachable if there any issues and accommodating.
My particular room 202 has a large sliding window which allows a lot more noise in if the other guests are talking or walking up the stairs it can get a little loud. Also not sure if it's a ventilation issue or how the doors or walls that have preexisting holes from when the A/C was moved but the adjacent room when they cook something the smell leaks into room quite heavily where to the point I had to leave the bathroom door open and turn on the stove hood vent to suck the smell out of the room or if someone smokes it leaks in as well.
