Villa Roseraie Isabella is a private estate set within a secure one-acre compound, 20 minutes from the Medina of Marrakech. It is built with enough space for families, friends, retreats, and celebrations to be together. Seven en-suite bedrooms across 8,500 sq ft on a gated acre, 20 minutes from the Marrakech medina.

Beyond the gates, you'll find landscaped gardens, a heated swimming pool (October–April), a traditional hammam, and uninterrupted views of the Atlas Mountains. Whether you're spending the afternoon by the pool, having dinner on the terrace at sunset, or returning from a day in Marrakech, every space is designed to make slowing down feel effortless.

A full acre of landscaped gardens surrounds the pool: mature olive trees, bougainvillea, and lawns with the Atlas Mountains rising beyond the walls. The swimming pool is heated from October through April, so a real swim is part of the stay even in winter. Steps away, the traditional hammam offers the full Moroccan ritual without leaving home. Warm marble, steam, and quiet. Between the pool, the gardens, and the shaded corners in between, fourteen people can spread out here and still each find a spot that feels like theirs.

The 8,500-square-foot villa centers on three large and elegant living areas, a formal dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen that naturally becomes the heart of the home. Large groups can gather comfortably for meals, conversation, and celebrations, while the separate living spaces leave quiet corners to read or relax.

✦ SEVEN BEDROOMS, SEVEN BATHS ✦

Every bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom, and the comfort and privacy of a boutique hotel within an exclusive residence. Four bedrooms, including the expansive 650-square-foot primary suite, are on the ground floor. A fifth occupies the upper level, and two more sit in a separate poolside wing, ideal for grandparents, couples, or anyone who enjoys extra privacy. Make sure to sort out who has dibs on the poolside wing before you arrive!

The terrace overlooks the Atlas Mountains, where most guests enjoy their morning coffee and evening tea. Perfect for getting cozy with a book, deep conversations, or a quiet moment of fresh air. The mountains make the ideal backdrop for your vacation photos.

The entire estate is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, including all seven bedrooms, the living spaces, gardens, heated pool, traditional hammam, and terrace. Relax and enjoy complete privacy throughout the property.

✦The pool is unfenced. Families with young children should plan supervision. We're glad to suggest the room assignments that work best with little ones.
