Welcome to Oceanus, a newly renovated single-level oceanfront home perched high on the cliffs in Lincoln City’s Oceanlake neighborhood. Fresh updates throughout give the home a clean, modern feel while still capturing that classic coastal charm. From the moment you walk in, large windows frame beautiful panoramic views of the Pacific, filling the living spaces with light and the sound of the ocean.

This comfortable four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home sleeps up to 12 and stays entirely on one level for easy living. Four king beds anchor the bedrooms, with two rooms also featuring twin bunk beds that work well for kids or extra guests. The open living area centers around a wood-burning fireplace, and the kitchen and dining space are well-equipped for group meals and relaxed evenings together. A bonus game room in the garage adds fun with a ping-pong table, large flat-screen TV with streaming and DVD options, and a half bath, ideal for rainy days or evening downtime.

Outside, an ocean-view hot tub offers a peaceful spot to unwind while watching the waves, a gas BBQ is ready for grilling, and a wood-burning fire pit invites evening gatherings under the stars. A covered patio gives you a dry place to sit when the weather shifts, and the yard provides space to play or simply enjoy the view. Beach access is available by a steep staircase or a short drive to a more gradual entry point nearby.

You’ll love the location. Oceanus sits within walking distance of restaurants, shops, bars, and a movie theater in the Oceanlake district, yet still feels private with its elevated ocean views. Everything else Lincoln City has to offer is just a short drive away.

Oceanus is a great choice for families, friends, or multi-generational groups who want true oceanfront living without stairs between rooms. The recent renovations make it feel fresh and inviting, while the views and layout make it easy to settle in and stay a while.
