The Space:
Frog Hollow is a beautifully updated three-bedroom cottage nestled deep in the wooded hills of the Ashokan Reservoir, in the hamlet of Marbletown, 20 minutes from historic downtown Kingston. Surrounded by mature trees and the kind of quiet that city life is missing, this enchanting retreat pairs classic cottage charm with modern, updated finishes throughout, making it an ideal escape for families and small groups ready to slow down and breathe.
Arrive to the warmth of a classic front porch, which invite you to settle in with a coffee and let the forest set the pace before you've even stepped inside. Through the front door, a welcoming foyer opens into a beautiful sitting room that immediately signals the character of the home: warm, unhurried, and full of charm.
To the right of the foyer, the dining room flows into the chef's kitchen, a thoughtfully renovated space with everything you need to cook a delicious meal.
