The cozy living room is the heart of the home, inviting you to sink into the sofa after a day of adventure. Stream your favorite movies and shows on the Smart TV using your own accounts for Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, YouTube, and more, or simply unwind and enjoy the relaxed ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from leisurely breakfasts to homemade dinners, while its charming vintage gas oven adds a touch of timeless character that makes every meal feel a little more special.

**For safety and peace of mind, exterior security cameras are positioned strictly outside the home to monitor the main entry points and driveway. These devices monitor exterior perimeter security only, ensuring total privacy inside the home while keeping the property secure.

**Please note: The garage will be locked and not available for guest to use.

**Pet Policy: Two small dogs only (maximum 20 lbs) are allowed. Please keep dogs off the furniture. Note: A non-refundable $150 pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring dogs. Dog owners are required to clean up their pet's waste and messes both inside and outside. Thank you for your cooperation.
Only well-behaved dogs that are potty trained and will not destroy furniture.

*The property features a fully fenced yard, providing a safe and secure outdoor space for children and pets to enjoy.

* A gardener visits the property once a month for routine outdoor maintenance. We will coordinate with you in advance regarding the gardener’s visit to help ensure it is convenient during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!
