Located in the heart of Gustavia, Villa Hippocampe blends traditional Caribbean charm with refined modern living. Behind its classic white shutters lies a welcoming home full of natural light, local artwork, and stunning views over the harbor’s rooftops and turquoise waters.

The main living space features cathedral ceilings, curated décor, and opens seamlessly onto a covered terrace with an al fresco dining area. Just below, a sleek heated pool runs alongside a lush tropical garden and a series of sun loungers—offering the perfect place to relax in complete privacy. An outdoor kitchenette, gas BBQ, and guest restroom enhance the outdoor living experience.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking and includes a discreet scullery with wine cellar. Each of the four king-size bedrooms is outfitted with an ensuite bathroom, Sonos system, HDTV, safe, and air conditioning. Two of the rooms offer serene sea views, while all guarantee comfort and privacy across multiple levels.
