Bryon was outstanding with let us check in a little early. So we could get settled in before going downtown. He also let us know if we ever needed anything don’t hesitate to call him. When we have another trip to Eureka Springs this is the place we’ll definitely stay again. Highly recommend the room with a jacuzzi cause after all the walking in downtown you’ll need it.

It was BBB weekend and we had no idea.
Check in was easy. Staff was nice and walked us to our room and made sure everything was good.
We got to see raccoons and a fox.
Uber was $6-$10 everywhere.
The room was quiet. We didn't hear anything. The blackout curtains were great.
Water was hot. Hot tub in the room but we didn't use it.
Towels were plush and nice.
No complaints. We would stay there again.
