It was a good place that met our basic needs. There were many personal effects in the home including toiletries and clothing which made it seemed more like someone’s personal home vs a rental. I appreciate the owner’s hospitality- he provided bottle water for us, pies and chocolates. Not mentioned in the property description is a basement occupied intermittently by his brother, however there were no shared spaces with this individual and I did not hear/ see anyone during our stay since there is a separate access to the basement. A housekeeper showed up unexpectedly while we were there on Sunday and we had to explain that they should return after our stay.
