Stayed here on a recommendation from a friend and immediately understood why they were so enthusiastic. The room is decorated in a warm, earthy Saigon style with sage green walls, indoor plants, framed local art and wooden accents throughout. The big city-facing window is the centrepiece and the view at dusk is genuinely beautiful. Projector mounted in the room for cozy evenings in. Shared kitchen for meals and rooftop washer and dryer for laundry. Ho Hao Hon Street is quiet and local-feeling while Bui Vien is just around the corner.

Took the bathtub room with my husband for our anniversary. We are not extravagant travelers but we wanted one stay that felt special and this delivered without breaking the budget. The room has a boutique apartment quality with a large window, warm lighting, a reading corner, and a proper soaking tub in the bathroom. We had com tam every morning from the ground floor stall while planning the day. Evenings we walked to Nguyen Hue for the lights and came back to the tub.

The green walls, wooden flooring, and local decorations made it feel different from a typical room. I also liked the projector and the convenient facilities, especially with Bui Vien just a short walk away.

This room hits differently from the usual short-term rental. The sage green walls paired with warm timber floors and carefully chosen furniture creates an atmosphere that is both stylish and geuinely restful. The arched wooden mirror and the little Saigon-print shelf are the kind of decorative details that show a host who actually cares. City view through the large window, projector in the room, shared kitchen available and rooftop laundry for practical needs. Bui Vien nightlife is steps away whenever you want it and easy to forget about when you do not.
