Very friendly and helpful staff, a beautiful, spacious apartment in an interesting and very convenient area. An enormous roof terrace capped it off. Simply could not have been better.

Absolutely nothing.

An extremely well equipped apartment with very new facilities. Closed to city centre with a short walk. Could enjoy a quiet living environment and could access the city centre easily. High security and a safe place to live. Very high CP value. Nothing to complain about. The staffs managing the facility have outstanding performance , are very nice to get along with and response promptly when any assistance are needed. Have to thank Chris, Grace' GEM and Alex. Your team of staffs are really smart and very professional in estate management and customer services. You are so genius !!! The hardware and the services provided by you and your company are so excellent that brings me and my family a "PERFECT STAY ". Should I need to visit Birmingham again, I would definitely consider to choose your accommodation again. Keep up and all the residents under your services would have a very go experience during their stay. Sincere thanks , Mr. Ng and family.
