I booked a room with jacuzzi bath that room was not available due to plumbing issues. The room they gave us was a triple room lighting excellent. The room needed a few things correcting but no one came in the room to give water coffee or cleaning. Once we spoke to the staff they told us they do not have a key to access the room and that we only have to ask.We suggested a few tips to help them please the British culture as we are very different in our ways.
