Tontine Hotel & Bar

Location and added extra of free continental breakfast were awesome, staff were very helpful and friendly.

No lift as grade 2 listed building, not a fault, just making it known to others. Our room was facing Ironbridge but can get some traffic noise as main road, local businesses start up early. We had a party going going on whilst we were there, again some noise can be heard but not overpowering. Shower was very slow at warming up and dispensing water, bath took a long time to fill, these aren't criticisms, just saying how our stay was. All in all, a really great located hotel, we would stay again and have recommended to others, maybe next time we can stay in 'haunted' room 5!!!

View from our room was straight across the Iron Bridge- cant beat that. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Floorboards were very uneven and noisy, even allowing for their age. Saniflow wc, they are always noisy if flushed at night
