Brand new, clean studio near Notting Hill. Has everything you need (kitchenette, washing machine). My studio even had a terrace, quite uncommon in London! Short walk to Westbourne Park tube station.
Communication with hosts was excellent and quick, for instance when there was a faulty alarm buzzing. They immediately arranged for someone to fix this, at night.
Walls are very thin, could literally hear everyone speak. The room could also use a soft reading light near the bed. The ceiling lights are very bright.

A really easy and pleasant stay, I found the hosts were very easy to communicate with, the flat was impeccable and surrounding area was full of useful amenities like the local Tube station and Sainsbury's nearby.
Only criticism is that the cupboard next to the room was noisy - may have been a boiler or electrical unit housed inside? Every now and then it would fire up and was quite loud as the bed is positioned on the immediate opposite side of the wall.

The place was really clean and modern. It had all the facilities that were needed. The instructions to enter the building were really clear . The host was very helpful and responsive.
Rooms are very small.
