A comfortable living room anchors the space, with a cozy sitting and reading room just off of it — a quiet spot for a book, tucked away from the main seating area. A good-sized formal dining room offers a proper spot for sit-down meals, and the well-appointed kitchen looks directly out over the lake, making even the cooking feel like part of the view. Just off the kitchen, a screened-in porch overlooks the water — the natural home for morning coffee or an evening spent with the bugs kept firmly outside. The primary bedroom is also on this floor, offering easy, no-stairs access, with a large en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower.
