1. Furnishings and Care of the Accommodation
Please treat the accommodation and its furnishings with care. If anything is damaged, please let us know immediately.
Please leave the property neat and clean (wash dishes, dispose of trash, and clean up any major messes).

2. Quiet Hours and Neighbors
Please be considerate of the neighbors and observe quiet hours, especially after 10:00 p.m.

3. Visitors
Visitors are welcome for short periods of time. However, unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

4. Smoking
Smoking is permitted exclusively outdoors. Please make sure that doors and windows remain closed so that no smoke enters the house.
In the event of violations, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees (e.g., ozone treatment).

5. Pets
Pets are welcome. Please protect the furniture and beds accordingly.
Guests are responsible for any damage.
Please contact us in advance regarding cats.

6. Safety
Please close all windows and doors when leaving the accommodation and make sure to turn off all electrical appliances.
We assume no liability for valuables.

7. Environment
Please use energy and water responsibly.

8. Open Fires and Candles
The chalet is located right on the edge of the forest: Open fires outdoors (e.g., campfires, fire bowls, or fire baskets) are not permitted for safety reasons.
Lighting candles is not permitted for safety reasons. Exceptions may be made if candles are used in suitable containers and with appropriate caution.

9. Noise Levels in Outdoor Areas
A decibel meter is installed in the outdoor area that measures only noise levels (it does not record conversations).
The limit is 60 decibels. If this limit is exceeded, we ask that you lower the volume accordingly.
In the event of repeated violations, we reserve the right to take further action.

10. Hot Tub
The hot tub may only be used in accordance with the instructions: no soap or oils, swimwear required, please shower before use, no glass objects in the area.
Please cover the hot tub again after use and turn off the massage jets.
Changes to the settings (e.g., energy-saving mode) are not permitted.
