As you step through the front door, you`ll be greeted by a cozy second lounge room, complete with plush bean bags, a smart TV, and a creative children`s building station. For your accommodation, all bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with ceiling fans and ample wardrobe space. The driveway is a shared space and must be kept clear, there is a parking space in front of the surf board for guests and just beside the house to the left. The garage and gym room are private property so please keep away from these areas.

The large off lead dog park is located just in front of us, enjoy this wide open space and walk to the Hopkins River.

• Use coasters for hot pots. Damage to the dining table will incur replacement charges.
• Check-in from 3pm / Check-out strictly 10am. Please contact us if you require different times.
• Message host on arrival and departure to assist with staff coordination.
• No smoking indoors. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning charges.
• Take care with spills on floors to avoid slips and property damage.
