A detached single-family home located 4 km from the center of Castiglione della Pescaia and the beach, surrounded by a large garden and a private parking space. It consists of a living room/kitchen, an outdoor porch, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. The cottage is the perfect place to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Tuscan Maremma after a wonderful day at the beach. It is also situated along the main routes for running, hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking.

The villa features a sofa and armchair in the living room/kitchen, a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, a coffee maker (Nespresso capsules), a kettle, a toaster, oven and microwave, a bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, heating, mosquito screens on doors and windows, an outdoor area furnished with deck chairs, a table, a table set, a small sofa, and 2 armchairs, a private entrance, private on-site parking, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue.
The spacious garden and olive grove provide the perfect setting to make your stay pleasant and relaxing.

All guests are welcome to use the indoor spaces, the garden, and the grounds located in the immediate vicinity of the villa. The outdoor areas are completely open at the front of the house and separated by a long hedge at the back, which sets the house apart from the street. The property is so large that there is plenty of space. Pets are welcome, but please note that the property is not fenced in.

The main supermarkets, a shopping center, and bike and scooter rentals are located 2 km from the villa.

The beautiful beaches along the coast—both public and equipped—offer the ideal setting for sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, or simply relaxing in the sun.

A car is the best way to explore the Maremma, but the center of Castiglione della Pescaia is also just a 10-minute bike ride away. During the summer, there are bike paths and connections that make getting around easy and enjoyable.
