The house was wonderful. We stayed overnight on our way to northern NM. The fully fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. Communicating with Carol was a dream and we certainly took advantage of her recommendation for El Tejavan on I40 west. Try the combo fajitas. All in all a great experience. We will be back. Host ensured that the house had the AC blowing when we got there. Check in was just arriving and using the code to open the door. I had no issues and loved my stay here. It is cute, reasonably priced, and in a great location.

This place is the best. It's cute, it's clean. It's fantastic for an overnight or multi day stay. You will not regret staying here.

The host was very kind upon check in & the place was great, BUT the listing was inaccurate & the pet polices were misleading. The listing makes this appear to be a very pet friendly location, but pets are not allowed on the furniture, including the bed. This is of course understandable as a policy, but was not in the listing at all. We would never book a place with this rule in place as our dogs are not accustomed to sleeping on the floor. We always read rules carefully & book accordingly. It completely ruined our night and our stay at this otherwise lovely place. This could have been easily remedied with clear rules/policies.
