A quiet Provençal villa in a residential area of Valescure, with a 10 × 5 metre infinity pool, a large stone terrace in full sun and a garden planted with olive trees and cypresses. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bright living room for six to eight people. The Valescure golf course is at the end of the street, the beaches of Agay are ten minutes away and the port of Saint-Raphaël is a quarter of an hour away.
The space
You arrive through a private parking lot and an automatic gate: the car remains sheltered and the house does not overlook.
The swimming pool. It is the heart of the house. The 10 × 5 metre infinity pool is visually extended into the pine forest, with four deckchairs, a large cantilever parasol and a terraced garden just below, where a lounge area in the shade of the olive trees allows you to end the day in peace. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse off the salt and sand before going home. A swimming pool specialist comes by every week, so you don't have to manage anything.
The terrace. A long light stone terrace runs along the entire façade, with a table for eight in the shade of the parasol and a gas barbecue. This is where evening meals take place, facing the sunset over the hills.
Inside. The living room opens onto the terrace: two large leather sofas, a television, and a solid wood dining table for eight. The kitchen is fully equipped — oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, bean-to-cup coffee machine, food processor, airfryer — enough to really cook and not just to heat up.
Sleeping. Two bedrooms with king size beds, each with ceiling fan and storage, as well as two double sofa beds in the living room, which sleeps up to eight. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and separate toilets. Sheets and linen provided, beds made on arrival.
Balconies. Each floor has its own private balcony with armchairs and coffee table, facing the pine forest and the Esterel hills: the place for morning coffee and aperitif at sunset.
The district
Valescure is the green and residential district of Saint-Raphaël: villas spaced out under the umbrella pines, no traffic, and the song of the cicadas for all background noise. However, you are three minutes from the golf course, ten from the beaches and a quarter of an hour from the restaurants of the port.
Around, there is something to fill your days: the bay of Agay and its large and very sheltered sandy beach, the red rock coves of the Estérel, the coastal path of Cap Dramont, the covered market of Saint-Raphaël every morning, Fréjus and its Roman remains, the lake of Saint-Cassien for a mistral day, and Saint-Tropez by boat from the old port.
