Inside, a serene sunroom with a wall of windows invites you to enjoy sweeping bay views. Other highlights include classic Cape Cod accents, a modern kitchen, and plush furnishings throughout. The main living area features comfortable seating for all to enjoy. Kick back and watch favorite shows on the TV. Large windows in the sunroom provide plenty of natural light; settle in on the loveseat and take in the gorgeous views. Play board games at the table for four or write postcards at the desk. The reading room includes additional seating and big bay windows. Prepare authentic New England meals in the kitchen, appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Serve tasty dishes at the kitchen bar or opt to dine outside. This three-story home sleeps eight guests in five bedrooms. Sleep soundly on a king-size bed in the main bedroom. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom holds a twin-size bed, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. A fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds. The fifth bedroom boasts two full-size beds, and a TV. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Great view of Cap Cod Bay! Sagamore beach clean, easy walking. Overall house was delightful but could use some rug & furniture updates.

Family vacations are about the people. I book these because if you dont create space to be together, that space gets filled with everyday life and time flies. That being said this house made a positive difference in our time together and was more than a space. Moving easily from the beach to the pool area, enjoying the large kitchen for cooking, listening to the waves from any part of the house, finding a space for privacy and reflection while still being around family in this.large house- this all contributed a lot to a perfect vacation with people I love!

You can't beat the location. Perfect house for a large family or gathering of friends. Great location to get to Cape Cod or anywhere on the South shore. If you love the beach this house is for you.
