This property was perfect for our needs! It was very clean and comfortable, and was also walking distance to many restaurants we wanted to visit. Beach access was close, and we loved the pool just a short walk from the house. Our 4-year-old adored the nature walk through the cypress trees in the neighborhood as well. We saw a heron, frogs, lizards, and a turtle! Communication with Chelsea was a breeze! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The house was well appointed and the porches were where we spent a lot of time. The furniture was all very comfortable and the beds were all very cozy. The bikes that came with the house were so fun to use and we used them every day! The beach access was only 5 mins away and even with a busy summer week, we were always able to find a spot. This property is in a perfect location and it’s easy access to restaurants and stores! We hope to stay here again!

It was a pleasure working with Chelsea to find the perfect home to rent for a week before I send off my son to college. Great communication and the most charming home a short walk to the beach and pool. Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental was great, super close to the beach and community pool. Unfortunately we would not stay here again or recommend this rental. We arrived for a 7 night stay and upon arrival the WiFi was not working and did not get resolved by the management company our entire stay which made the week an inconvenience. The homes pictures are also a bit misleading as the home looks a lot more clean and up to date than we felt it actually was.
