Escape to a peaceful beach retreat directly across the street from the ocean in beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.

This spacious 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath first-floor condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with two full-size beds. One of its best features is the convenience: you can park directly outside your private entrance and walk straight into the condo—no lobby, elevators, long hallways, or carrying luggage and beach gear through the building.

Thoughtfully furnished by our family as our own vacation home, the condo has a bright, calm coastal feel and offers the comfort and space of a home rather than a typical rental.

During your stay, you’ll enjoy:

• First-floor access with a private entrance
• Free parking directly outside the condo
• Two full-size beds accommodating up to four guests
• One full bathroom plus a separate half bathroom
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Smart TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi
• Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, kids sand toys and beach towels
• Heated community pool
• Patio and BBQ grills
• Enclosed, air-conditioned lanai overlooking the courtyard
• Publix, CVS, restaurants, cafés, shops, and more within walking distance

Spend your mornings walking along the beach, afternoons relaxing by the pool, and evenings exploring Lauderdale-by-the-Sea’s restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream spots, and charming beach-town atmosphere.

Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a couples’ getaway, a longer stay, or simply a relaxing escape by the ocean, we hope you’ll feel right at home.
