There’s something about waking up on the mountain that makes everything else feel very far away. At Altitude Adjustment, you’re tucked into the heart of Whitefish Mountain Resort, where snowy ski days, crisp alpine mornings, and summer trails begin practically outside your door.

This inviting 2-bedroom, 1-bath mountain retreat sleeps up to 8 guests across 1,225 square feet, giving families and groups a comfortable place to spread out, reconnect, and settle into mountain time.

After a day carving turns on the slopes, come home rosy-cheeked and ready to warm up beside the fireplace. Rustic mountain touches and cozy furnishings give the living space that classic ski-retreat feeling—the kind of place where boots get kicked off, stories from the day get retold, and nobody is in much of a hurry to go anywhere.

When hunger hits, the full kitchen has the appliances, cookware, and essentials you need to bring everyone together over a home-cooked dinner. Pour something warm, linger around the table, and let the evening unfold at its own pace.

And Altitude Adjustment isn’t only a winter escape. When the snow melts, Whitefish trades its blanket of white for wildflowers, green mountainsides, and miles of hiking and biking adventures. Spend the day exploring the trails near home, venture out for an unforgettable day in **Glacier National Park**, or keep things wonderfully simple with a favorite drink and fresh mountain air on your private balcony.

*Please note: guests must climb stairs in this unit! Not suitable for those that are not able to climb multiple staircases. *

A private washer and dryer make longer stays and adventure-filled days easier, while the spacious layout gives your group a welcoming place to return to again and again.

Come for the mountain. Stay for the feeling. Altitude Adjustment might be exactly the change in perspective you’ve been craving.
