The apartment is located on the first floor of the famous Büsum high-rise and is accessible via the rear entrance and the elevator, with no architectural barriers.

The apartment features a living room/bedroom, a small bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a small storage room, and a balcony—all within 38 square meters of living space. The double bed folds out and is stored in a closet to save space. There is also a sleeper sofa. Despite the variety of sleeping options, the apartment is designed for a maximum of two people and—by arrangement—one small child.

Cell phone and internet reception are limited—a great opportunity to “unplug” from everyday life.

A comprehensive renovation of the apartment is planned for the winter. That’s why you’re getting a great price now, before the renovation begins. We currently rent only on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
