Everything was as advertised. Great view of the city and lake. Great proximity to public transportation. You can hear the train all day and night but it really just felt like white noise and did not keep anyone awake. The building staff was very helpful and friendly.

Right in the heart of everything! So many places to eat nearby as well as easy walks to most major attractions or a line to get you there. Was so excited the blue line from airport let us off right in front of our building. Communication from Staywell was wonderful and very clear and fast whenever I had a question.

I really don’t think you can beat that location. Blue line for O’Hare is right there. Communication was always wonderful. Building is beautiful! Concierge was always very helpful. I didn’t think the noise from the trains was loud at all. Thankful for a couple cooling units that we could use. I was expecting the place to be a lot bigger from pictures, but ended up being perfect for four adults. Couple recommendations - blinds or window treatments to keep light out in bedrooms. Wish there were some toiletries to use if things were forgotten. Definitely recommend!

This location is excellent for walking to downtown Chicago. Great Easy check-in. The noise level was very high not only by the trains, but the ambulance/ firetrucks /sirens all night long !! Kitchen and living room were clean, but the bedroom baseboards were covered in dust!! The area was a little sketchy!! Drug dealers at 7/11. So lots of police in the area. Probably wouldn’t recommend to family & friends!!
