- Dogs are welcome for a $60 fee per dog. Maximum of 2 dogs. (Note: Cats are not permitted, and the property is not fenced in.)

- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

- Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on availability. Please reach out to us in advance to check availability and any applicable fees.

- Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the property for guest and property security. There are no cameras inside the home.

- Lawn care or routine exterior maintenance may occasionally take place during your stay without affecting your privacy.

- We only provide initial supplies for the stay. Once these supplies are used, guests are responsible for purchasing or ordering additional supplies as needed.

- Booking discounts apply only to the original reservation and are not recalculated if a reservation is extended after booking.



Parking: Free parking is available in the front driveway, with additional street parking available when needed. Please be courteous and avoid blocking neighboring driveways or parked vehicles.



Check-in Instructions:

- Entry is through a secure digital lock. Entry codes will be provided 30 minutes prior to your check in time.

- Early check-in or late check-out may be available, depending on our cleaners' schedule. They charge a small fee, but feel free to ask, and we'll check availability. Keep in mind this service is not always guaranteed.



BELLEVILLE REQUIREMENTS FOR STAYS OF 30+ DAYS



To comply with the City of Belleville's long-term rental ordinance, all stays of 30 days or longer require the following before move-in:

- Obtain a City of Belleville Occupancy Permit.

- Sign a long-term lease that includes the required Crime-Free Housing Addendum.

- Each adult occupant (18+) must complete a U.S. criminal background screening before the lease is executed. The screening fee is $49.99 per adult applicant and is the guest's responsibility.

- Complete all additional documentation required by the City of Belleville.
