A stone's throw from the village of Plounéour-Trez, and 800m from a fine sandy beach, the house "Ty Baradoz" opens its doors to you for a weekend or more in a warm family atmosphere!
Come and live to the rhythm of the tides, in our little paradise freshly renovated.
You can discover the coast of legends (Plouneour-Brignogan Plages, Lesneven, Kerlouan, Meneham, the dunes of Keremma, the Abers, the lighthouse of the virgin island...), the pretty spots for water sports (Kitesurfing, paddle, surfing, sand yachting...) and many hikes including the GR34...
Recent house of 100M2, which can accommodate 7 people:
* First floor:
Entrance with large cupboard, WC, very bright living room with direct access to the terrace and the garden.
Wood stove (basket of logs at 10 euros).
New fully equipped kitchen (kettle, nespresso, toaster, bilig...)
Garage with washing machine/dryer/freezer
* Upstairs:
Bedroom 1: a double bed
Bedroom 2: a double bed
Bedroom 3: (more dedicated to children!) a double bed + a single bed "cabin"
Bathroom (double sink) with shower and toilet.
Outside, large south-facing terrace with picnic table, deckchairs and barbecue. Enclosed garden with playground/swing set for children.
We provide two adult bikes and a children's bike (20 inches) as well as everything necessary for young children (high chair, bath, travel cot...) PGJyPg
Private parking for 4/5 vehicles (reinforced Green up type socket for electric vehicle charging on request).
Bed linen on request, 10 euros per bed to be paid on site.
Important: cleaning is at your expense, the house must be made as clean as you found it (floors, kitchen, sanitary facilities...). Thus, a deposit of 80 euros corresponding to the cleaning fee will be requested on arrival (wero or check) and returned at the end of the stay after inventory.
If you wish to subscribe to the cleaning option (80 euros), please request it and we will see on a case-by-case basis what it is possible to do according to departures/arrivals and our availability.
Arrival from 4pm and departure by 10am, flexible schedules according to arrivals/departures.
Rental available all year round, two nights minimum in low season.
