Modern., clean and friendly staff.

Could have instructions in English for the washer/dryer.

We liked the space in the hotel room! Out of our two week trip in Japan this was by far the hotel room with more space to be able to have 4 x suitcases. Still very tight but waaaay better than all the other hotels we stayed at. The mattress was also quite thick and comfy. We liked the coded access to the hotel and our room door. Meant we didn't have to worry about misplacing the keycard. (Just simply remember the PIN). Also the shower was large and comfortable. Washing machine in the room was very handy. Restaurant had excellent staff.

It's a bit of a walk to the subway train station. Got the feeling like the area (Dogenzaka?) is a bit dirtier/darker than other areas, but still didn't feel unsafe even when walking home late on a Friday night.

Its location and the restaurant/bar staff were very good.

The bathroom towels in the rooms are ridiculously too small. The beds are too hard and nobody came and emptied the rubbish bin during our stay. The check process was frustrating.

Convenient location, very quiet room. Family Room size exceeded our expectation. Restaurant on the 1st floor is really good.

Bath towels were not in the room, we had to ask reception. It would be helpful if house rules (garbage disposal, bath towels, etc.) were printed and put in the room.
