Self-contained studio with its own street entrance, 10 minutes from Miami International off-peak. Let yourself in by keypad at any hour. No shared space, nobody to meet. Private attached bathroom, queen bed, desk and fast Wi-Fi. Free parking right outside the door. No kitchen: fridge and microwave only, no stove or sink. Quiet street, bus stop under a block away, shops and restaurants within walking distance.
This is a self-contained studio with its own entrance directly from the street. It is attached to our home but completely separate from it. There is no connecting door you will use and no shared indoor space of any kind. Inside: a queen bed, a private attached bathroom with an extractor fan, a desk and chair, a mini-split air conditioner you control yourself, blinds that close fully, a fridge and a microwave. Restaurants and shops are a short walk away on 36th Street and 57th Avenue, which is where most of our guests end up eating.
As much or as little as you like. We live in a separate residence on the property, so we are here if you need something, but you let yourself in with a keypad code and nothing about your stay requires meeting us. We answer messages quickly, in English or Spanish. Arrive at 2 AM off a delayed flight and nobody will be waiting up for you; the code works whenever you get here.
Two things we would rather you knew before booking than discovered after. There is an exterior security camera covering the entrance area. Nothing inside, and nothing pointed at your private space. It watches the door and the parking spot. The studio is compact and built for one or two people travelling light. It is not equipped for post-operative or medical recovery: no sink, no room for a caregiver, no handling of medical waste, and no support on site. Guests recovering from a procedure should book somewhere set up for it.
