Apartment located on the waterfront within the La Mirandole complex, featuring a pool, tennis court, caretaker, wooded grounds, video surveillance, and an elevator.
The apartment is very comfortable and very well-equipped:

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x190 cm), built-in closets, and opens onto the terrace.
The living room is furnished with a sofa bed (140x190 cm) and a television.

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, includes a refrigerator, an induction cooktop, a combination microwave-oven, a dishwasher, storage cabinets, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and dishes.

Linens:
We provide linens (sheets, fitted sheets, bath towels—1 small and 1 large per person—and a dish towel).

You can enjoy the panoramic view from the terrace, which is equipped with a table, chairs, and comfortable patio furniture.

Parties are not permitted; this is a non-smoking apartment (smoking is allowed on the terrace)

SUMMER SEASON (JULY AND AUGUST):
During the summer season in July and August, reservations are only available on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.

- Free access to the 25-meter pool, lounge chairs, ping-pong, tennis court, and pétanque court
- The town, shops, and beaches of Golfe (public and private beaches) are a 10–15-minute walk away
- Bus stop in front of the property
- Access to the nearest train station in Golfe: 25-minute walk and 6-minute drive
- Nice Airport is a 25-minute drive away

Activities outside the residence (not included):
Sports activities (for a fee) available on public beaches
canoeing, kayaking, tubing, jet skiing, pedal boats

Places to visit:
- Cannes: accessible by bus, bike, on foot, and by car
stroll along the Croisette and in Le Suquet (Old Cannes with its beautiful view of the bay)
- The Lérins Islands: access by boat from Cannes or by canoe/kayak
- Nice: Old Nice, Place Mécénat, and the Pinoccio ice cream shop (open only in summer)—it’s worth a visit
- Monaco: Oceanographic Museum, casino - 50 minutes by car or 1 hour by TER train
- Old Antibes, its ramparts, its harbor, Cap d’Antibes...
- The hinterland with its small villages: La Valbonne, Biot (glassworks), Grasse (Fragonard Museum), Ézès, …
- Mountains: La Bonnette, Le Mercantour, Mont Vinaigre, the Estérel, ...
