- The studio is on the 1st floor of a clean and private 3-story house with an elevator.
- The house is located down a small alley near the main road (Alley 236, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street). It takes only a few steps to get inside (about 10 meters). Access is through a sliding gate and door, with a visible sign: The D Haus.
