​The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen and offers direct access to the large rooftop terrace overlooking the newly built, modern neighborhood around Vienna’s Central Station.
​Two separate, spacious bedrooms—each equipped with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a thick, comfortable mattress (30 cm)—ensure a cozy and restful night’s sleep. Enjoy the special loft atmosphere through the charming skylights.
​The bathroom features a bathtub and a large sink. There is also a separate toilet.
​Everything is perfectly designed to comfortably accommodate 4 people. Parking available, connection for an electric vehicle charging station (for a fee): standard household outlet or 16-A outlet with 230 V (please bring your own cable)

The apartment is air-conditioned. The air conditioning is operated centrally via a geothermal cooling system (heat pump). This means that the temperature in the apartment cannot be adjusted individually using a thermostat, as it is regulated centrally for the entire building.
The system has its limitations, but so far all guests have been very satisfied with the air conditioning’s performance.


Less than 10 minutes from Vienna Central Station, this apartment is perfectly located—whether you’re arriving by train, plane, or car. Its central location and a free parking spot (H=2.1 m) ensure a pleasant stay.
The U1 subway line is just a 5-minute walk away and takes you directly to Stephansplatz, Karlsplatz, Praterstern, and VIC in no time.
